Cancellation, Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our Cancellation, Refund and Returns policy* lasts 48 hours. If 48 hours have passed since that date of your order delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while respecting our logistics process.

Pre-Dispatch Cancellation

  • Eligibility: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
  • Refund: If the order is prepaid, we will initiate a full refund of the total amount.
  • Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days after the cancellation is approved.

Post-Dispatch Cancellation

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

How to Cancel

To cancel your order, please use one of the following methods immediately:

  1. Email: Send your Order Number to [email protected] and state that you want to cancel the order.
  2. WhatsApp us at 7003093553 stating you want to cancel the order along with your “Order Number”.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please Note: We currently offer returns or exchanges only on products that are received as damaged or if the wrong product was delivered.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your case must meet the following criteria:

  • The item received is physically damaged.
  • The item received is different from what was ordered (wrong size/color/design).
  • Clear image and unboxing video of the issue is provided along with proper order number.
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Items bought on “Clearance Sale” cannot be returned.

Unboxing Video

To process any claim for a damaged, defective, or wrong product, providing a clear unboxing video is required. This help us speed up the claim approval process. Without this video, it gets difficult for us to verify the claim and chances of claim rejection increases.

Video Guidelines:

  • The video must be continuous and unedited (no cuts) or artificially altered (like, using AI).
  • It must start showing the unopened outer carton/packaging with the shipping label clearly visible.
  • It must show the process of opening the package and taking out the product to reveal the damage or error.

Review process

Please allow us 48 working hours to review your request and validate the claim. The decision to accept a return/exchange claim lies at the sole discretion of the Rayakriti Team. Don’t worry, we hardly reject any ligitimate claim.

Return process

  • Pickup: Once approved, we will arrange for a courier pick up the product from your delivered address.
  • Self-Ship: If reverse pickup service is unavailable at your pincode, you will be requested to self-ship the product to us using a reliable courier. We will reimburse the return shipping cost (Upto a maximum of 150 INR) for self-shipped valid claims.

Refund Policy

In case of Couriar Pickup, we usually initiate the refund as soon as we get a confirmation from our delivery partner of a successful pickup.

In case of self ship, your refund will be initiated as soon as your return is received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refusal of Delivery (Tampered Packages)

We strive to ensure secure packaging. However, if you notice that the package is tampered with, open, or in bad condition at the time of delivery, do not accept the shipment. Refuse the package and return it immediately to the delivery person.

Inform us immediately via email or WhatsApp so we can take action.
